June:  Cycling (bike week) find an event near you at www.bikeweek.org.uk
July:  Environment (Change your world week, Love Parks Week) – pledge to change a car journey to one by foot, bike, public transport or no journey at all at www.changeyourworld.org.uk

Nov:  Winter cycling – check out the Do it by Cycle and Sustrans website for hints and tips on getting out and about in the darker, colder months
Dec:  Winter walking - how to keep up your enthusiasm when the winter months hit.
